Brooke Bishop

Brooke Bishop first came to Sarchi Costa Rica in 1999 as a volunteer with a nonprofit organization to clean rivers and replant old coffee fields with native trees for the wildlife. From the moment she set foot in the country, she knew that she wanted to live here.

Brooke has over 15 years of real estate experience in Costa Rica, specifically in the Grecia area. With this amount of time and experience in the industry, she has accumulated contacts with professionals throughout the country. Brooke has successfully helped hundreds of ex-pats to relocate successfully and happily to Costa Rica.

Helping clients find their property and execute the purchase and assist with the move is Brooke’s passion. She will be there for you before, during, and after the sale.

Karina was born and raised in the San Francisco area of Grecia above San Isidro. A small but beautiful neighborhood of Grecia surrounded by coffee and mountains. She knows the adjoining districts very well, which will help her find the perfect spot for you.

Jessica Brannen & Christopher Detone

Jessica was born in Ciudad Colon, Costa Rica and grew up in North Carolina, while Christopher was born and raised in Yonkers, New York. They both love the Pura Vida lifestyle Costa Rica has to offer, and decided to move here permanently in 2016.

Christopher and Jessica were married in Costa Rica and have lived in the Palmares/San Ramon area for almost 10 years.
