Tiene alrededor de 37 hectáreas sembradas en su mayoría de café de muy buenas variedades como es el Caturra 50%, Villa Sarchí 10%, Catuaí 10% y algunos híbridos 30%, con gran posibilidad de incremento en su producción ya que existen zonas de potrero y bosque que pueden sembrarse.

La propiedad cuenta con agua propia, la atraviesa la Quebrada Los Ángeles, el Río San Juan y cuenta con naciente propia. Además tiene casa para el encargado y cogedores de café.
